Avertim's Strategic Journey within one of the largest Belgian Security Company

Throughout the years, Avertim has been actively engaged in several programs with the aim of supporting digital transformation that profoundly impacts customer operations. In these partnerships, Avertim and its customers unite in setting up the strategic vision through operational excellence. 

Our Customer, a Belgian leader in Security market, is currently facing challenges related to the cohesion and efficiency of its operational processes. Each of the business units currently operates using different (outdated) systems that largely function independently of each other. This has resulted in a lack of seamless integration and coherence among the various business units. 

This siloed organization hinders the offer of a Total Integrated Security Experience and affects the services to customers. It also creates challenges in terms of data management, reporting, and leveraging synergies between different units.

To achieve this digital transition through a new ERP & Operational solution and provide a holistic security experience, Avertim is supporting its customer during different steps of this digital transformation program by :  

  • Defining as-is business processes, pain points and business requirements;
  • Benchmarking portential providers and their offers;
  • Translating the strategic vision and validated needs into a detailed RFP;
  • Consolidating the Business Case to ensure ROI and set-up the Value Office (KPIs);
  • Advising the Customer to select the future-proof solutions;
  • Supporting both Program and Project governance layers;
  • Defining to-be and leaned business processes;
  • And framing to driving & anchoring the change.

Our "advise" delivery mode and experience in the "digital transformation service line" enabled our team to embark on a strategic benchmarking initiative of the Security, Field Service and Planning IT landscape.  The identified key trends, potential strategic parterships, and opportunities to position our Customer in the Security market with its Total Integrated Security Offer, laid the foundation for potential business and operating models that will further be explored during end 2024 and 2025. 

As we approach the initiation of this major transformation program, we are looking forward to delving deeper into sectorial pivotal questions, proud to getting another step closer and contributing to reshape the organizational structure of a Security Market leader.
